1️⃣ Kindergarten Orientation: Letters will be sent home to incoming students.
➡Oklahoma Elementary will meet on August 12th at 9:30AM
➡CG Johnson will meet on August 12th at 1:00PM
➡Wasson Elementary will meet on August 14th at 9:30AM
➡ Juniata Elementary will meet on August 14th at 1:00PM

2️⃣ Middle School Orientation & Open House: Calling all incoming 5th graders and their families! On August 13th, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00PM and 1:00 PM to 3:00PM. Gather in the school auditorium for an informative session and then tour the school. Discover the ins and outs of middle school life and get a sneak peek into the exciting opportunities that await you. Attend the session that best suits your schedule.
3️⃣ High School Orientation: Attention freshmen and new students! Join us on August 11th at DAHS from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Learn about life at the high school, extracurricular clubs, sports teams, and more. Get ready to embark on an unforgettable high school journey!

Students and parents are invited to visit the DAHS Virtual Academy Lab at any time between 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–3:00 PM on the scheduled dates.
📷📸School pictures will be available for all students from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM on both days. Seniors who need pictures must attend on August 12th between 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
During the visit, students and parents will:

Complete all beginning-of-year paperwork

Meet with the school nurse for mandatory yearly screenings

Receive their Chromebook
